This is the 3rd transaction and 2nd sale we have done with Trevor & RedFin and we have nothing but high praise for him (and his team). This was my second transaction with Redfin and Trevor, the first was a sale which was simple and straight forward, this purchase however was very difficult and complext. I was impressed at times with Trevor's knowledge and ability to react and come up with a plan when we were put into a new and very  unique situation. Trevor always had a plan and was a step ahead. He and his entire staff were always available to meet someone at the house for any variety of reasons (we probably had around 10‐15 appointments for inspectors, contractors, bids, etc.) This was my 5th RE transaction in the last 7 years and I have no idea why anyone would use any company other than Redfin. Refin works harder and is better/easier to work with than other RE companies, and the rebate is unbeatable. Trevor and his team in particular are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Trevor was excellent throughout this whole process! He was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions I had. I had a fairly intensive transaction with a few complex components and he was extremely helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. For me there weren't actually any drawbacks to the redfin approach. If anything, I felt they provided more services then a full price agent because of how well the whole team approach is structured and how helpful Trevor was. It was really helpful and refreshing to have agents who were free to point out positives and negatives of properties you were considering ‐ it really seems like a better approach to real estate to me. For me it was very convenient and low stress to be able to schedule tours online. Our timing was also affected by the birth of our first baby, we were initially worried this would interfere with the house purchase process. It was not the case at all. Trevor and Matt Johnson (@ Sterling Bank) were extremely efficient and accommodating given the closeness of the baby's due date.

remove items or decorate as a stager would and I feel our house looked great with our efforts and Trevor's tips. He also helped us decide on a selling price based on the recent
changes in the market and we received an offer within 2 days and were able to close
within 1 month after listing. He was always very responsive to phone calls and emails. His
associate, Bryan, was also great and a pleasure to work with. Together they offered
great service. Trevor was out on leave for a few days between our offer acceptance and
the closing and he left us various contacts that answered our questions so we never felt like we were left waiting.
The only negative experience in the sale of our house was with regards to the open house
events, which Trevor did not host. We expected 2 things from the open house events: 1) to receive timely updates/summary of the open house so we could adjust anything if needed prior to the next open house and 2) the house would be secured up with all doors/windows checked and locked after the open house. We had to solicit the update/summary from the Broker that hosted the open house events instead of receiving the summary soon after the open house. When I did end up contacting her, we didn't have any time to adjust anything in the house (fortunately there weren't negative comments but this info should have been summarized right after the 1st open house) . On the 2nd open house we came back after being gone several hours after the open house had finished to find our back door not just
unlocked but wide open. Fortunately nothing had been taken but it was extremely unsettling to come home to this especially since we still had personal items in the home. As I mentioned above, Trevor had not been the hosting agent at either open house (it was
one of the Redfin Brokers). We called Trevor and he sincerely apologized to us and said he
would talk with the Broker. She ended up leaving a message apologizing about the incident but it definitely left a sour taste in our mouth.
Overall we feel we would recommend Trevor to a friend or aquaintance but would inform them about the open house mishap and recommend they they not have this specific Broker at their open houses based on our experience.

Working with Trevor (along with his team of James Garner and Bryan Haynes) was a wonderful angst-free experience. I decided to list my condo unit with them, and it all proceeded in record time- a matter of days actually -- photos taken, listed, showing/opening arranged, (all dealings with the condo staff in harmonic fashion) - there were a couple of quick offers - negotiations went quickly and smoothly on one of them. Escrow closed early. It wasn't till everything was wrapping up - that I realized I had never actually met the trio on my team. (all was done long distance via phone) But they made it seem as though we were meeting daily and kept me informed constantly of everything that was needed. Straight shooters. No surprises. I go the price I had in mind and it could not have gone any smoother. Highly recommended.

Diana did a great job from start to finish. She gave us great advice, helped us prepare for open houses and worked with the agents of all interested parties. She was patient and responsive. Diana was a great agent both in helping us sell and helping us find our new place.

Diana was wonderful. We haven’t sold a home in 17 years and she was able to answer all our questions. We had a high offer and low appraisal and she helped navigate the situation well. We were happy with the outcome.

Buying a house during a pandemic is trying. She made it as safe and seamless as possible. Originally the house was going to be purchased by my mother and me. She passed away unexpectedly.
