We're completely mobile which means our contracts are stored in the cloud, our company meetings are online, and you can text your Designated Broker. Lead opportunities come to you through texts and clients can contact you to schedule tours through our easy to use website.

Locality is a company that believes in value. We provide value to our customers through our 4% Listing and Commission Rebate programs and we provide value to our Brokers by offering the most services for the most reasonable price. Our new Brokers receive free leads through REALTOR.com for just a 20% commission split, while our experienced Brokers pay as little as $195 per transaction.
Our Brokers can opt-in or opt-out of our commission discount programs allowing them to drive additional business or additional revenue in a way that works for their lifestyle and business goals.
We believe that Real Estate Brokers should be entrepreneurs to be successful. That doesn't mean doing it by yourself though. We're here to support you along the way. This means a thorough training program for our new Brokers, complete with online and field training. It also means access to a Designated Broker and Managing Broker with 25 years combined experience and over 800 deals under their belt.
We're also here to help build your business. We provide lead generation to our new Brokers and training on how to setup successful marketing programs. We've learned through experience what works and what doesn't and can help make sure your hard earned marketing dollars are put toward good use.
