The market changes fast. Sometimes homes that were listed yesterday sell today. This is why we’ve made getting you into properties quickly a priority. Locality Brokers work together to make sure you see homes fast and on your schedule. We’re almost always able to get you into properties within 24 hours. A lot of times we can do it faster. Use the “Schedule Showing” button on the web page of the listing you’d like to see, or simply give your Locality Broker a call.

Locality Brokers won’t just guess what a home is worth, we’ll do the homework. We use Active, Pending, and Sold data from Broker databases and tax records to find comparable properties. From there, we’ll make adjustments for differences in the homes and appreciation or depreciation rates. This will give us an accurate price range of what the home you’re offering on is worth. This will allow you to confidently make an offer knowing that you’re not overpaying for the home.
